On October 20, 2015, the Reed Union School District Board of Trustees approved through a resolution an increase in the developer fees as authorized by the State Allocation Board. The District and Board have complied with all requirements for increasing these fees.
The District’s justification study showed evidence to increase developer fees to $2.38 for residential, $0.54 for commercial/industrial with the exception of mini storage which will be assessed at $0.06 per square foot. The fee increases become effective sixty (60) days following the approval of the Board resolution on October 20, 2015. The new fees shall take effect December 21, 2015.
